He is widely recognized for mentoring emerging leaders, planting churches in unreached areas, and establishing impactful initiatives in education and youth empowerment. His leadership is marked by a strong commitment to servant leadership, pastoral care, and empowering the next generation to thrive in ministry and society.
Remmy Dumbi is a transformational leader with more than a decade of experience in leadership development and organizational growth. He is the Founder and CEO of Leaders of Greater Destiny (LoGD), a faith‑based organization dedicated to equipping pastors, youth leaders, and Christian organizations with the skills to make a high impact in the 21st century.
His leadership journey spans executive roles in non‑profit and ministry settings, where he has directed youth empowerment programs, guided organizational strategy, and championed servant leadership. Beyond his own organizations, Remmy contributes to wider community development through board service and strategic advisory roles.
Academically trained in leadership, theology, and community development, Remmy combines practical experience with strong management skills in strategic planning, decision‑making, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team building.

Alphaxad Ndaki Deputy Director Leaders of Greater Destiny is a devoted servant of God with over ten years of experience in ministry.
He is passionate about teaching the Word of God and equipping believers for spiritual growth and maturity. He holds formal training in Bible and Theology and currently serves as a Pastor, committed to raising strong believers through sound biblical teaching. Alphaxad actively teaches youth and church leaders on biblical leadership, helping them develop integrity, vision, and effectiveness in ministry.
He also serves as the Vice Director of Leaders of Greater Destiny Institute (LoGD), where he contributes to developing leaders grounded in biblical principles and impactful leadership.
Kelvin Theodory Charles – Director of Finance
Kelvin, the Director of Finance at Leaders of Greater Density (LoGD), is a skilled finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. His academic journey began in Mbwanga Primary School, continued through Nyamagana Secondary School and Pamba High School in Mwanza, Tanzania, and culminated in a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University (Mbeya).
With 8 years of experience in various institutions and companies, Kelvin has honed his expertise in finance and accounting. Beyond his professional life, he is also a devoted family man, husband to one and father of two children.
Kelvin is not only a finance expert but also an active born-again Christian minister, serving in various ministries. He is involved in teaching, leading worship, interpreting, and *Director of the Youth Department* in his church. His multifaceted service in the ministry, combined with his financial acumen, makes him a valuable asset to LoGD as they empower leaders and organizations to make a greater impact.
Lucas Chacha is an educator and leadership practitioner serving as the Director of Programs at Leaders of Greater Destiny (LoGD). He also leads academic insitution as Head Teacher.
With a strong background in education and discipleship leadership, Lucas has designed and implemented impactful programs that empower youth, strengthen Christian organizations, and support community transformation. His expertise lies in program development, curriculum design, and leadership training, with a passion for equipping leaders to thrive in both faith and society.
Lucas believes that the strength of any organization depends on the quality of its leadership, and he is committed to nurturing leaders who drive meaningful change.
