Bishop Mbuke, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Leaders of Greater Destiny (LoGD), is a seasoned and influential pastor, currently leading Beacon Mission Christian Center (BMCC) Church in Mwanza, Tanzania, affiliated with the Tanzania Assemblies of God (TAG). He holds a Master's degree in Missions and a Bachelor degree in Bible and Theology, which has deeply shaped his pastoral and missional work.

In addition to his role as a senior pastor, Bishop Mbuke serves as the Assistant Bishop of churches affiliated with TAG in the Mwanza South Province. His leadership spans over two decades, during which he has made significant contribution to church growth, leadership development, and community transformation. Notably, he served for over 5 years as the National Director of Teens Challenge Tanzania, a non-profit organisation affiliated with Global Teens Challenge, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of youth.

Bishop Mbuke’s leadership is marked by his ability to nurture and mentor young leaders, including pastors, directors, and internationa singers. He is particularly gifted in pastoral care, mission programs, strategic leadership, and guidance and counselling. His missionary zeal has led him to plant over 30 churches in unreached areas within 10 years. Unde his leadership, several impactful initiatives have been establishes, including Shekinah Pre and Primary school, Beacon Teens Challenge organisation and the BMCC Child and Youth ministry. Bishop Mbuke’s commitment to mentoring young emerging leaders has resulted in a thriving youth presence in his church, with over 90% of the congregation being young people. His strategic vision and passion for empowering the next generation of leaders make him an integral part of the LoGD’s mission.

Remmy Pascal Dumbi is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in facilitation and leadership development, particularly within the evangelical church community in Tanzania through his work with compassion international. His deep involvement in church ministry exposed a significant gap in leadership indoor-shot-beautiful-happy-african-american-woman-smiling-cheerfully-keeping-her-arms-folded-relaxing-indoors-after-morning-lectures-university pastors and church leaders, inspiring him to establish a faith-based organisation, Leaders of Greater Destiny (LoGD). LoGD focuses on equipping leaders of Christian organisations, churches, and emerging youth leaders with the skills necessary to make a high impact in the 21st century.

In addition to his role as a Founder and CEO of LoGD, Remmy serves as the Associate Pastor at Beacon Mission Christian Center, a church affiliated with the Tanzania Assemblies of God. He also brings five years of leadership experience as the Executive Director of Beacon Teens Challenges Tanzania, a non-profit organisation associated with Global Teen Challenge. This organisation provides transformative programs for individuals recovering from drug addiction

Remmy’s leadership influence extends beyond his own organisation. Educationally, Remmy holds a Master’s degree in Community Economic Development from Open University of Tanzania (2019), a Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from St. Augustine University of Tanzania (2013), and a Bachelor degree in Bible and Theology from Global University, USA (2023). These academic qualifications, combined with his practical leadership experience, have endowed him with a robust set of management and leadership skills. These include strategic planning, budgeting, servant leadership, ploblem-solving, listening, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, decision making, coaching and team building.
