Over the weekend, we had a wonderful and unique opportunity to engage with pastors, church elders, and ministry leaders from five TAG churches in the Lamadi–Utali Section of Simiyu.

The seminar was organized with the goal of empowering and equipping church leaders to become more effective leaders within their churches and communities.

Among the topics we explored were:

Principles of becoming an effective and impactful church leader

Servant Leadership

Self-Leadership

Questions, answers, and interactive group discussions

We were greatly encouraged by the active participation of the leaders throughout the seminar. Their questions, discussions, and shared experiences reminded us once again of the great need for leadership training within our churches.

We believe that the Church needs leaders who are committed to continually learning, growing, and being equipped so that they can lead others with effectiveness, humility, integrity, and a heart of service.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve and equip these leaders. We would also like to sincerely thank the Section Leader, Pastor Emmanuel, for inviting us and creating this important opportunity for the churches in the section.
